Our client is looking for an experienced Acoustic Engineer to join their leading independent Acoustic Consultancy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of worldwide iconic projects across Art, Media, Sport, Industrial, Government, Education and many more sectors! Acoustic Engineer Requirements:
* Relevant Acoustics degree or similar
* Relevant experience in a similar role, Building Acoustics experience preferable
* Knowledge of legislation and guidelines relevant to the acoustics sector
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Ready to apply for AMIOA with the Institute of Acoustics (IoA) Acoustic Engineer Duties:
* Undertake noise assessments and surveys
* Preparation of fee proposals
* Noise modelling work using software including CadnaA & ODEON
* Prepare and complete technical reports
* Liaise with clients regarding project requirements
* Environmental noise surveys
