The Acquisitions Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expansion, making this a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
The Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new venue opportunities, ensuring the company continues to enhance its presence in the leisure industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for property and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities Included:

• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities in the London and South regions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new venues.
• Monitor and report on acquisition performance and market trends.

Skills & Attributes:

• Proven experience in property acquisitions, preferably within the leisure or retail sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
