Role Overview:
As the Lead Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the quality of our addiction services. You will provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to our team of practitioners, ensuring the delivery of high-standard care and effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of practitioners, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, ensuring they are personalized and goal-oriented.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide direct clinical interventions to individuals with substance use disorders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
  • Liaise with external agencies, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in addiction treatment and incorporate them into service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in training, workshops, and continuous professional development activities.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Professional registration with a relevant regulatory body.
  • Extensive experience in addiction services, with a strong understanding of substance use disorders and recovery models.
  • Proven track record of clinical leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and external stakeholders.
