Admin & Right to Buy Officer
Lewisham (Hybrid)
�19 per hour umbrella
Contract (3 months+)
The Role:
This is a hybrid position that would require the post holder to be in office 2 days per week.
The main duties include:
- Manage all correspondence within the Home Ownership Service
- To carry out routine maintenance and updating of leaseholders and Right to Buy applicants information
- Assist with the production of service charge statements and bills
- Complete work in accordance with agreed targets and timescale
- To keep up to date with relevant legislations
- Participate fully and effectively in team working and contribute to a culture of continuous performance improvement
The Candidate:
- Experience of managing challenging customers
- Experience of managing and prioritising your own workload in a high-pressured environment
- Knowledge of Right to Buy schemes
- Ability to analyse and present management information to support effective decision making
