Connect Appointments have a new opportunity available for an Admin Assistant to join our client in East Kilbride on a full-time basis until the end of February 2025!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (with an hour for lunch)

Pay rate: £12 per hour

As an Admin Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilising Xero accounting software
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients, or suppliers via email, over the phone or in-person
  • Processing invoices, tracking receipts and inputting expenses
  • Dealing with customer enquiries, responding to requests for information and scheduling meetings

The ideal Admin Assistant will be:

  • Experienced in using Xero accounting software (essential)
  • Excellent customer-facing manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
