Job Description

Brook Street is working with a growing client seeking two Administrative Assistants on a full-time basis. This is an initial 6 month fixed-term contract with probability of extension or to be made permanent.

Main duties:

  • To assist with bank reconciliations and processing of payments.
  • \n
  • To support general daily administration duties - Filing, scanning, post handling & distribution.
  • \n
  • To set up new bank accounts on online system.
  • \n
  • To support general cleanse of data in internal systems.
  • \n

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:

Admin/Finance experience

\n

IT proficient

\n

Attention to detail

\n

Excellent verbal communication skills

\n
