Admin Assistant
Job Description:

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
Report to the administrative lead or office manager for daily updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention.
Work with the internal and external sales team, placing orders and arranging deliveries
Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.
Assist with ISO 9001:2015 accreditation system
Become involved in LinkedIn and other media and advertising platforms
Coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas.
Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.
Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Salary: £20,000k – Office based- Location: Burton upon Trent
