Admin Assistant
Location: Wakefield
Shifts: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Pay Rate: £25,000
We are seeking a temporary admin assistant for our client in Wakefield. This role is a comprehensive administrative function designed to ensure efficient planning, installation, decommissioning, site support, and emergency breakdown management.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the planning and logistics of installations, decommissioning, and emergency breakdown responses.
  • \n
  • Liaise with mobile engineers to resolve customer issues, or forward to the Regional Service Managers or branches depending on type of issue. i.e., customer related/breakdowns.
  • \n
  • Liaise with transport regarding install/dis-mantles within an agreed timely manner.
  • \n
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with the relevant safety, technical, and legal regulations, including accreditation requirements (e.g., CSCS, PASMA).
  • \n
  • Communicate closely with Technical Support on all installs/dismantles ensuring agreed work streams are reached.
  • \n
  • Always work in a manner that prioritises safety and adheres to the company's Health and Safety Policy.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in administration and resource management software.
  • \n
  • In-depth understanding of site-specific requirements and legal certifications (e.g., CSCS, PASMA).
  • \n
  • Experience handling customer queries and troubleshooting issues effectively.
  • \n
  • A strong understanding of Health and Safety protocols on construction sites.
  • \n
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
