To clerk tribunal hearings at Worcester, Kidderminster and Hereford Magistrates Courts. Involves working in courtrooms with Judges, panel members and parties.
When out of court:
Listing and preparation of work prior to court hearings. Resulting and clearing of cases after court. Processing applications for hearings. Confidence in dealing with customers on the telephone and at the counter. Ability to work at a pace and on own initiative (after training).
