Administrator - Newtownards

Our housing client in Newtownards is seeking a skilled and experienced Administrator for a long-term temporary position with potential for permanent opportunities.

Key Details:

Full-time hours: Monday to Friday

34 days holiday per annum

Hourly rate �11.98 p/h

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience

5 GCSEs at grade C or above

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Previous experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the housing team
  • Manage correspondence and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with data entry and report generation
  • Handle inquiries from clients and stakeholders
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
  • The ideal candidate will be well-organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
