Rubicon Consulting is a recruitment business supplying contract and permanent staff in the Power, Utilities and Telecoms market. We are currently recruiting for a part time Admin assistant to join our team in Hockley Heath, working Mondays and Tuesdays 8am -4:30pm
Role Responsibilities:
· Receiving and directing phone calls.
· Editing and preparing contracts for workers and following up on required documentation to support your team.
· Creating job adverts for vacancies and submitting to job boards.
· Uploading CVs to our database.
· Utilizing Microsoft Office and other software for daily tasks.
