Our client based in Guildford are looking to recruit an administrator to join their busy team. This role will involve contract and documentation processing. This position will suit someone with excellent attention to detail and keen to put their previous office experience to use!
Duties:
- To process a high volume of contracts and documentation to enable the payment of invoices
- Identify errors on documentation and provide feedback
- Printing and filing documentation for contracts
- Answer and resolve queries
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with teams across the business
- Participate in projects when required
Experience:
- Excellent administration skills
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Experience working with MS Office packages and internal IT systems
- Confident maintaining high level of attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
