We are seeking a Seating Analyst/ Administrator to join the team based in Wilmslow the UK headquarters with their talented workforce spanning 68 territories and 25+ nationalities.

This business specialises in Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Services and Event Production; all aligned with their mission and providing an exciting and purposeful place to work!
What you will be doing as a Seating Analyst /Administrator?

• Creation, update and management of the hospitality ticket inventory - using excel
• Assist with managing inventory based on logging and implementing changes across different events
• Involvement with the allocation and assignment process for upcoming events
• Assist with the management of seats - allocating, assigning and logging all changes
• Providing support and assistance to other Hospitality departments with regards to distributing quota/seat inventory
• Assist with table allocations and guest list management
• Assist with ticket generation in preparation for onward distribution

What do you require for the role of Seating Analyst/ Administrator ?

• Administrative/clerical ability, with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
• Demonstrated administrative and clerical experience in a professional environment
• Experience of Microsoft Word and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Self-motivated, organised and professional
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to produce results in a very fast paced environment

• Salary up to GBP27000 dependant on experience
• Working hours are 09:00 - 18:00 or 08:00 - 17:00 Monday-Friday
