A well-respected care home in Stockport, operating for over 35 years, is looking for a Human Resource Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR experience or a strong administrative background who thrives in a team environment. You'll be reporting to the HR Manager and playing a key role in supporting the business with recruitment, finance, and even marketing ideas when needed.
What will you be doing as a Human Resource Administrator?

• Assisting with HR administration, including onboarding processes and recruitment support
• Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks
• Collaborating on marketing initiatives and ideas
• Ensuring HR processes align with wellbeing and inclusivity best practices
• Helping to maintain a positive and supportive workplace culture
• Managing and improving worker voice tools and communication approaches
• Handling general office administration and team support tasks

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience as a HR Administrator, Office Administrator, or similar
• An interest in HR or prior HR experience would be a bonus
• A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
• Good understanding of office processes and admin duties
• An eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
• The ability to contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace

What will you get in return for your work as a Human Resource Administrator?

• Salary of �25,000 - �28,000, depending on experience
• 28 days of holiday, plus bank holidays off
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with flexibility for the right person
• Onsite role in Stockport be part of a supportive team environment
