Administrator - Immediate start.
We are looking for an Administrator to join one of our clients based in Southampton on a temp to perm basis.
You will provide exceptional Administration/Customer service to both internal and external customers, handling queries and issues promptly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Task Management:
\n
\n- Manage task completion dates to ensure all tasks meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
\n- Proactively seek resolutions to problems and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
\n
\n
Client System Management:
\n
\n- Work with multiple client systems to update clients and raise any relevant issues.
\n
\n
Information Validation:
\n
\n- Validate all received information to ensure it aligns with stakeholder requirements and is fit for purpose.
\n
\n
Email Management:
\n
\n- Efficiently manage both personal and group emails to ensure clear communication and task completion.
\n
\n
Relationship Building:
\n
\n- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging MS Excel trackers and other systems to manage these relationships effectively.
\n
\n
Quality Control:
\n
\n- Accurately check and validate all works completed by subcontractors or internal workforce, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.
\n
\n
Skills & Qualifications:
\n
\n- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
\n- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant systems to track tasks and manage relationships.
\n- Experience in task management with an understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
\n- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in validation and quality control.
\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n- Previous experience in a customer service or operations role.
\n- Familiarity with client management systems and email management tools.
\n
