With a track record of $3 billion in real estate transactions, we demonstrate a disciplined investment approach and sound real estate fundamentals.*Note: while this is a hybrid position, candidates need to be located in the UK to be considered.Work Location: Greater London Area, Hybrid (75% remote and 25% in person)Role Description:This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant at Addison Partners. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications and maintaining phone etiquette. They will also handle various clerical tasks and provide executive administrative assistance. About 25% of the role is a Personal Assistant role.Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring there are no conflicts.Send reminders and updates for upcoming meetings and deadlines.Coordinate with other team members and external contacts to find suitable meeting times.Email Handling:Monitor and manage email inboxes, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.Filter and prioritize emails, ensuring important messages are addressed.Draft and send emails on behalf of executives and team members when advised.Maintain email organization and filing system.Scheduling:Arrange and confirm appointments and meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Both personally and professionally.Manage and update schedules as needed, ensuring all parties are informed of changes.Provide support for virtual meetings, including setting up video conferencing tools.Follow-Up and Reminders:Send follow-up emails and reminders to ensure tasks and meetings are on track.Track pending tasks and deadlines, providing regular updates to relevant parties.Maintain a system for tracking and following up on action items from meetings.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar roleExcellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in using calendar and email management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).Compensation commensurate with experience.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: £26,000-33,000 annually pending experienceExpected hours: on average 30-40 hours per weekBenefits:Company pensionFree parkingOn-site parkingWork from homeSchedule:FlexitimeSupplemental pay types:Performance bonusEducation:Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)Experience:Administrative experience: 1 year (required),
