PE Global is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for a temp 3-month contract with our food manufacturing client based in Bournville, Birmingham.The Temp Administrative Assistant plays a role in supporting a HR leader.Responsibilities of the role: Records management, general document preparation, general admin & correspondence.Work with two Directors and with other departments, to manage, ie collate, analysis & report, department specific data – in Excel & PowerPoint.Provide meeting management support by coordinating meeting logistics for internal and external meetings, ensures all resources are prepared for meetings.Supports project management efforts by documenting outlined deliverables, tracking deadlines, and facilitating communication throughout the project team.Requirements: 5+ years of HR Administrative Assistant/Support experience, in a global enterprise environment.Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Project Coordination experience needed at an intermediate complexity.Demonstrated ability in handling multiple priorities, project management, and meeting coordination.Skilful execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process.Excellent computer skills; strong database management and spreadsheet skillsInterested candidates should submit an updated CV. ***Please note our client cannot assist with any visa sponsorship and candidates must have the correct visa to live and work in UK***
