We're looking for an Administrator and Driver to support the i-Heart team in delivering exceptional healthcare services. This dual role is crucial for ensuring GPs can reach patients efficiently while maintaining high-level administrative support.
Job Opportunity: Administrator / Driver Support
Location: Barnsley
Salary: £12.95 per hour
Shifts: This position is to work on a rolling 2-week rota pattern which covers evenings and weekends as well as core office hours.
Week 1 – Friday 11pm–7am
Week 2 – Saturday 2pm–10pm and Sunday 2pm–10pm

Main duties include:
You will be responsible for handling telephone enquiries.
Booking and checking in patient appointments
Administrative duties including triaging patients.
Preparing room for clinicians
Locking premises and supporting the smooth running of clinics with all other administrative tasks related to service provision.
Car safety and general maintenance.
Driving clinicians to home visits.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and unsupervised within set guidelines.
Valid driving license and knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Must be age 25 and over for vehicle insurance purposes
Experience in administrative roles and/or healthcare settings is desirable.
