Pay rates : £12.80 per hour
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00
Total hours: 37 hours/week
Duties:
- You will provide administrative support, prepare for, and arrange statutory Adult Safeguarding meetings.
- You will attend meetings either virtually or in person at venues across South Gloucestershire.
- Essential that you provide accurate notes, making sure they are clear and precise.
- You will accurately record information into the central computerised system and distribute minutes within required timescales.
- You will be required to monitor and prioritise the flow of incoming work via either a shared mailbox or internal computerised system and ensure documentation is correct and input accurately.
- You will deal with enquiries and information requests, interacting with customers, colleagues and partners to maintain strong working relationships.
Skills and Experience:
- You may have an NVQ2 or equivalent or will have a similar level of relevant experience.
- You will have relevant training and practical experience of administrative processes and procedures.
- You will have good IT skills including knowledge of standard software packages and ability to be trained on bespoke software and databases.
- You will have the initiative and judgement to identify problems and raise them with senior colleagues as appropriate.
- You will have good verbal and written communication skills and a focus on customer needs.
- You will have some appropriate skills to assist in the maintenance of financial records.
- You will have good organisational skills and attention to detail.
