Responsibilities:

As an Administrator - Custom you will:

• Receive, collate and record details of inbound shipments into internal documents
• Maintain accurate records of all inbound shipments and related documentation
• Supply clearance instructions to agents also provide booking slots
• Input of all shipment details and customs details to the Daybook
• Transfer relevant details through set up templates to the Custom system
• Re-check all details prior to customs submission, submit entries to customs
• Check stock levels and resolve discrepancies between WMS and Customs system
• Direct communications required with customers, transport agents and customs brokers
