Are you a time served administrator looking to join a company, which provides a range of electrical services in the London area, that offer progression and company events?

This company was established over four decades ago and since then has transformed the output they can produce. Providing general electrical, safety systems and lighting solutions, the company operate in the London catchment area from Harlow and sometimes assist with work further afield.

This role will see suitable candidate be expected to answer customers queries on the phone and emails. You will be in charge of booking in the works of five separate engineering teams. The role will also entail ordering in parts for the company to assist with projects.

The Role:

• 9 - 5 Monday - Friday

• Ordering and sourcing parts for the various projects of the business
\n
• Communicate with clients via phone and emails to understand queries and make bookings
\n
• Inputting data in reports to follow up on client visits
\n
• Arrange necessary permits for engineering teams to visit clients sites
\n
