Our client, Yamazaki Mazak, is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years.



Due to increased demand within the department, our client now has a requirement for an Administrator for CNC Machine Registration.

The Person:



It is essential that the ideal candidate has a positive, can do attitude, with the ability to think outside of the box, hardworking, who can work alone or as part of a team and is flexible to meet the challenges / targets set within the team, there will be times when they have to use their own drive and initiative.






De - Re/ Machine Registration Administrator.



Roles and Responsibilities:




  • Machine Registration – UK, Japanese, Singapore, China, USA,

  • Export Control,

  • Computer Literate,

  • CRM / Incident Manager set up accounts,

  • Vetting customers / research,

  • Excellent attention to detail,

  • Customer Service,

  • Monitoring / answering ‘Registrations’ & ‘Relocations’ e-mails,

  • Answer incoming telephone calls (1st person),

  • Able to communicate at manager / director level,

  • Logging on engineer jobs / liaising with coordinator for available dates,

  • Liaising with suppliers for quotations,

  • Raising purchase requisitions,

  • Arranging Export Control visits for 2nd hand machines / prepping site visit reports,

  • Adding work to relocation spreadsheet,

  • Liaising with other YMX’s to change ownership.



This is a technically challenging role and would be suited to someone looking for a varied and interesting career where support and deadlines have to be met and continual training and learning is essential.



Candidates need to be focused with a good phone manner and a patient approach and the ability to work as part of a team.



Computer literacy is required.



The successful candidate would be provided with all multi skilled training required.
