One of the UK's largest and foremost law firms is currently looking to recruit a skilled and highly organised Administrator. This is a permanent full-time role working 4/5 days per week out of the company's Sheffield office.

The Role
You'll be working closely with the team's Associates and Partners to make sure they have the right administrative support at all times. This is a busy and fast-paced role, so you'll need to be able to work quickly and accurately, building strong relationship with your team and our clients. There's lots of room for progression and we'd really like to support you in your professional development.
Key tasks will include…
- Handling fee earner queries by email and MS Teams
- Making sure all team files are in good order and databases are kept up-to-date
- Opening and closing case files on the relevant case management systems
- Making payments of invoices, cheques, BACs payments and billing
- Supporting fee earners with the preparation of cases, e-bundles & paper bundles

The Candidate
The Administrator role will suit an adaptable, reliable and self-motived individual looking for an opportunity to play an important role within a fast-paced corporate environment and help clients receive an exceptional service. Ideally you will have office/administration experience, ideally in a law firm.
You must have…
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work on own initiative
- The ability to manage your time and workload efficiently and effectively
- Strong IT skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc, plus good typing skills
