The Administrator will:

  • Review and enter/check Engineer time sheets in conjunction with depot manager and post to computer system
  • Invoice service jobs
  • Answer calls; Internal and external calls, take messages
  • Systems; Use of ADP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Assist with parts return
  • Purchase invoice verification and checking
  • Use of streamline terminal for processing credit and debit card payments
  • Petty cash control/reconciliation and cash banking

As an Administrator you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be customer focused with strong customer service skills
  • A team player but also have the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Have good time management skills, drive and determination
  • Ability to gather facts and information
  • Good IT skills
  • Be flexible, professional, customer focused
  • You must also have a clean driving license
