Job Title: Commercial & Subcontract Administrator
My client is looking for a Sub Contractor Administrator to work in their head office.
Duties will include:
Assist in managing and preparing commercial contracts and subcontracts from initiation to completion.
This role includes efficiently managing the Subcontract Liaison Manager’s inbox and diary while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication and Coordination:
* Monitor and organise the Subcontract Liaison Manager’s email inbox.
* Manage and update the diary of the Subcontract Liaison Manager, organise meetings, and ensure the schedule is current.
* Collaborate closely with the Subcontract Liaison Manager, project managers, legal, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment on contract and subcontract matters.
* Manage and organise subcontract documentation and files.
* Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
* Support contract management activities by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Subcontract Review:
* Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of commercial and subcontract agreements.
* Monitor and track contract performance, deliverables, and timelines.
* Assist in maintaining contract management policies and procedures.
Subcontractor Selection and Evaluation:
* Support the selection and evaluation of subcontractors based on company criteria.
* Conduct due diligence to ensure subcontractors meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Performance Monitoring:
* Assist in monitoring subcontractor performance, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
* Help resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the subcontract period.
* Prepare reports and presentations related to commercial and subcontract administration.
This role is essential for ensuring smooth and efficient management of commercial and subcontract operations, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the process
