Business Support - Administrator
Based: RAF Lossiemouth
Contract: 6 Months
Hourly rate: £21.38 Paye or £27.79 Umbrella Inside IR35
Were seeking a Business Support Officer to join our dynamic team at RAF Lossiemouth. Reporting to the Head of TyTAN UK Service and General Manager, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to support key operations and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including BAE Systems employees, contractors, RAF personnel, and MOD Civil Servants
Experience:
Previous exposure to the Ministry of Defence or the defence sector is highly desirable
Basic knowledge of coordinating and responding to incidents as part of a management team
Experience handling privileged information securely and responsibly.
Ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, contractors
The Job:
Provide comprehensive business support to the senior management team and the broader BAE Systems team.
Offer full secretarial support to the General Manager and his senior management team.
Administer site security passes, visitor management, and booking systems
Collate and provide accurate data for inclusion in business reports
Coordinate the business continuity and incident management plans to ensure operational readiness
Provide procurement support for the TyTAN UK service team by managing orders for office supplies, equipment, and other facility needs
