We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join one of clients in Welwyn Garden City. You will be comfortable using Excel and working with numbers. You will be using Word and Powerpoint and support the Directors with presentations, arranging meetings, to dealing with adhoc duties. This will be a varied role, where you will take calls from clients and field them to the correct people.
Yours hours will be 9 to 5.30, with 24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. You will have free car parking, tea and coffee. There will also be invites to attend functions, with the next one being in London for a Christmas meal and a bonus scheme.

Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
