ENGINEERING OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR



We are recruiting for an Administrator to work for our client who are based near Brighouse, West Yorkshire.





THE DUTIES:




  • Preparing new and revised quotations.

  • Processing of new orders from customers.

  • Liaise with customers on the telephone & via email.

  • Liaise with design and production departments.

  • Produce and amend 2D CAD general arrangement layout drawings. - training provided





ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:




  • Familiarity with basic office tasks and computer packages.

  • Excellent telephone manner.

  • Attention to detail / accuracy with numbers.

  • Ability to work well in a team.

  • Basic 2D CAD experience preferred not essential





THE HOURS:



Monday-Thursday 7:45am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch + 2 off 15 minutes breaks.



Friday 7:45am to 1:45pm with a 15-minute break.



THE PAY:



You will earn an hourly salary of �11.44 per hour.
