Administrator�to join a busy and fast-paced department in Farnham.
The role involves providing efficient administrative support, coordinating with internal teams and external contacts, and ensuring tasks and documentation are managed accurately and on time.
This role is ideal for someone organised, communicative, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities- Organise and coordinate tasks across teams, including managing returns and preparing reports
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with key data
- Support the team by handling communications, gathering required information, and resolving queries
- Assist with holiday cover and ensure all documentation is completed and filed efficiently
Skills and Experience Required- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive, flexible, and solution-focused attitude
- Proficient in IT systems and software
