Administrator

Are you a strong administrator who is enthusiastic, hardworking and committed? Do temporary, flexible short term contracts appeal to you? We are currently looking for immediately available administration and customer service temps with previous experience working in office-based roles to support some of our public sector clients in Bolton. If you have excellent communication skills and love engaging with different people, we would LOVE to hear from you!

Offering weekly pay, immediate start, pay between GBP11.44 - GBP12 p/h and the opportunity to support various organisations and gain more exposure to different educational sectors.

What will you be doing as a Temp Administrator?

• Processing paperwork
• Working across in-house systems, inc Word and Excel
• General administration
• Uploading documentation to the online systems
• Accurate data entry
• Speaking to customer over the phone and email

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous general admin / customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel

We would especially love to hear from you if you have a DBS or audio typing skills!
