Our client is a successful and well-established manufacturer. They are looking for someone to join them as an Administrator / Office Assistant. Ideally they are looking for someone who has previously worked for a Metal or Alloys business, e.g. a metal Manufacturing or metals Engineering company.
This is a permanent opportunity, following the usual 3 month probationary period.
PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
Essential:
• You have a combined experience of Administrative and Customer Services roles, including answering regular phone calls.
• You have excellent experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• You have experience of using in-house software programs / CRM systems.
Desirable:
• Experience of working in an Administrative or Customer Service role for a Metal or Alloy manufacturer or engineering company.
Duties are to be confirmed, but are likely to include:
• Dealing with a variety of administrative tasks
• Answering the phone, and dealing with visitors.
• Accurately update spreadsheets and in-house systems.
• Liaising with colleagues both in the office, and on the shop floor.
• In busy periods you will be required to help other team members with administrative / customer service tasks as required.
Salary is circa £13.50 per hour.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 7.00am-4.00pm (3.00pm finish on Fridays)
