Administrative Assistant

Swindon – Office based

Monday – Thursday – 1.00pm – 5.00pm

Salary is dependent on experience

Temp – Perm

We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our client based in Swindon.

The person appointed will:

* Be well organised, thorough, and accurate

* Be able to work independently but also as part of a team

* Be prepared to work flexibly within the office environment

* Be prepared to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and engage fully with all members of the staff

Essential Skills:

* Mandatory experience with Sage

* Administrative background

* Attention to detail

Role Responsibilities:

* Purchase Ledger duties including checking delivery notes against invoices, with responsibility for the update of the Suppliers accounts on Sage

* Processing orders and liaising with customers, ensuring a seamless experience.

* Provide full administration and support to the business
