We are seeking an Administrator to join this organisation on an initial 3 month temporary basis. The successful candidate will be working within the Service Charge team assisting in the delivery of complete and accurate service charge information to customers.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting, managing and responding to customer queries
* Being on duty line and answering calls
* Assisting with producing statements and data for mail merges
* Providing copy documentation for customers
If you have strong administration experience with a focus on providing exceptional customer service, this could be the role for you. Previous experience of working in Finance would be an advantage, but not essential. You will also have:
* High attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel
* Strong organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
