We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, proficiency in data entry, and a solid understanding of office software. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent support to our staff and clients.



Responsibilities




  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

  • Maintain organised records and files for easy retrieval.

  • Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.

  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

  • Support the team with various clerical tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Deal with account administration including - invoices, taking payments from customers and purchase ledgers.



Requirements




  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.

  • Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.

  • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.



Expected hours: 37.5 per week
