Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Dundee
Salary: �25,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexible hours available)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our client based in Dundee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within our office.
Main Duties:
Handling orders from both domestic and commercial clients via phone and email
Answering the main reception line and managing all incoming calls
Processing payments over the phone and handling occasional cash payments
Maintaining a clean and organised office environment
Filing paperwork accurately and efficiently
Liaising with the finance team regarding payments received
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
Providing a positive experience for everyone interacting with the office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAGE (not essential)
