IFA Administrator position based in Shrewsbury working for a well known financial services organisation. This role offers flexible starting and finishing times.

Client Details

This opportunity is with a well-established, large organisation within the Financial Services sector based in Shrewsbury who are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator.

Description

  • Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including calls and emails
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Coordinating meetings, including scheduling and preparation of materials
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained and organised
  • Supporting the implementation of new administrative systems
  • Monitoring the transfers of assets/cash to or from other institutions.
  • ISA subscriptions and transfers.
  • Processing of payments.
  • Liaising with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts.

Profile

A successful IFA Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience working for a wealth management organisation is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Can commute to Shrewsbury
