We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wigton, who is looking for a part-time Administrator to join their team. This role is for approximately 10-12 weeks, working hours from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday. �12.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General reception duties, including answering phone calls and accepting deliveries
  • Procurement tasks such as ordering stationery, cleaning materials, etc.
  • Marketing tasks, including printing and collating leaflet materials
  • Managing social media, including recruitment advertising on Facebook and the company website, and posting about completed activities
  • General administrative tasks, including handling postage, maintaining registers, and providing additional support as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Good communication skills with a friendly and polite telephone manner
  • Ability to start as soon as possible
