OVERVIEW:
Our client is looking for an immediately available Administrator / Receptionist to support their team on a temporary basis. Ideally you will need to be free to start on Monday 24th February 2025 and be available for at least two weeks.
THE ROLE:
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00am - 4:30pm based on site in their Hull office.
Duties:
Answering the telephone.
Meeting and greeting visitors.
Dealing with correspondence / general enquiries.
Booking meeting rooms.
General admin support.
THE CANDIDATE:
Previous office administration experience is essential.
Strong attention to detail.
Organised and methodical.
Good communication and people skills.
Good IT skills i.e. data input and using MS Office applications.
