Red Recruitment is recruiting an Administrator in Nailsea to join our client, a joint venture company that manages all non-operational customer enquiries.

This is a full-time, temporary position and the hourly rate is �12.50 per hour.

You should have great communication skills and preferably have a background in customer service.

Benefits and Package for an Administrator:

  • Salary: �12.50 per hour
  • Hours: 37 hours per week
    Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 4.45pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.15pm
  • Contract Type: Temporary
  • Location: Nailsea
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Possibility to go permanent after 8 weeks based on performance

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:

  • Accurately and efficiently maintaining customer and billing details
  • Replying to written, email and telephone queries
  • Making financial and non-financial adjustments to accounts
  • Providing first class customer service
  • Raising operational and meter reading requests
  • Supporting the team to achieve team and department SLA's
  • Liaising with parent companies where necessary
  • Working towards targets

Key Skills and Experience of an Administrator:

  • Excellent written and communication skills is required
  • A customer service background is preferred
  • A positive and flexible can-do approach is required
  • The ability to build rapport, tailoring communication to audience
  • You should have the ability to use own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail in a high volume work environment is required
  • The ability to work towards personal targets is essential
