- Overseeing general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copywriting, handling mail and basic bookkeeping.
- Assisting in the coordination of office activities and operations.
- Supporting department heads and executives with clerical tasks.
- Managing phone calls and correspondence.
- Maintaining records, spreadsheets, and databases to ensure accurate information is available.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Liaising with team members, management, and other departments.
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
