Are you an experienced administrator looking to join a small, friendly team? We are working on behalf of a reputable company based in Mansfield, seeking a dedicated and efficient Administrator to support their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Typing documents and managing electronic information.
- Creating and maintaining statistical reports using spreadsheets.
- Organising and updating data using database applications.
- Communicating information internally and externally to support organisational operations.
- Arranging and participating in meetings and project activities.
- Adhering to health and safety policies and quality management procedures.
- Answering calls promptly and maintaining a high response rate.
- Performing routine clerical tasks and filing data as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience is essential.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
