We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator on a 3-month contract to help support the governance team and provide professional administrative support.
As an Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:
*Arranging meetings with executive leads liaising with the personal assistants
*Arranging meetings for performance reviews between committee members
*Liaising with Estates and IT to oversee office reshuffles
*Review the bespoke portal and correct any information
*Booking meeting rooms for the committee
*Updating internal systems and using Excel to produce summary graphs from the information gathered
*Preparing meeting minutes from agendas and templates
*Improve the register of interests via the SharePoint site
Skills and experience required for the role:
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*IT literate, confident using Microsoft Office software
*Organisation
*Team player
*Professional
Hours/Pay Rate:
Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 with an hour lunch, 4 days working on site and 1 day working from home.
Paying �12.62 p/h
