Administrator

Administrators required on an ongoing temporary basis. Successful candidates must have previous administrative experience and excellent attention to detail.

Comprehensive training will be provided along with ongoing support.

Successful candidates will need to provide their own safety footwear. Some manual handling will be required.

This is working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Main duties:

• Opening, processing, and distributing high volumes of incoming mail daily


• Receiving high volumes of cheques and other payment methods for processing


• Accurate data handling and processing within a computerised system


• Following work instructions and processes to deliver services to the client


• Confident dealing with varied types of paperwork


• Manual Handling capabilities

Essential Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail & experience of coping in fast paced environments


• Computer literate


• Previous data entry/administrative experience
