The Company
- My client is a highly successful independent business, supplying products and solutions to customers throughout the UK, Europe and beyond.� They are looking for an experienced Administrator to support their busy Accounts and Sales Administration functions on a part time basis.
The Role
- Assist with sales order processing.
- Allocating On Account and�cash sales on a daily basis.
- Informing relevant Managers of any queries and irregularities.
- Matching sales orders to model invoices.
- Scanning and filing Proof of Delivery documents.
- Matching cash, BACS, card (PDQ), Paypal and Sage payments to non-account sales.
- Settling weekly transactions and ensuring non-accounts sales balance.
- Chasing delivery notes from drivers and external hauliers.
- General administration duties.
- Additional support for the sales and accounts teams during busy periods.�
The Candidate
- An experienced administrator with a background of providing administrative support to accounts or sales teams, or similar.
- Strong administration, organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with all departments.
- Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Can do attitude with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (outlook, word, excel), with the confidence and ability to trained on new systems.
