As an Administrator your duties will include:

• Dealing customer queries and incoming calls providing excellent customer service


• Processing orders for both sales and service �


• Cross checking of order input to reduce potential errors for efficiency


• Send sales order acknowledge confirmation to customers


• Raising purchase orders �


• Dealing with sales invoice queries both over the phone and via email


• Raising and matching credit notes


• Processing credit card payments


• Deal with proof of delivery and courier delivery queries

As an Administrator you will have the following key skills:

• Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel


• Superb team player


• Excellent communication skills and phone manner


• Ability to work under pressure


• Self-motivated


• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
