As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers by handling enquiries and assisting with sales opportunities. You will also be working closely with our globally recognised automation technology partners. Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Support: Providing exceptional service by handling enquiries through phone and email.
  • Industry Knowledge: Gaining a thorough understanding of technical solutions to effectively support customers.
  • Sales Administration: Assisting with internal sales processes, order management, and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Database Management: Maintaining accurate records and accounts to ensure seamless operations.


What We're Looking For:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Interest in technology, automation, or manufacturing (experience in the sector is a bonus!)
