We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator on behalf of our client in Bordon. This temporary role (6-month contract) involves managing and tracking inbound shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and liaising with freight forwarders and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange and track shipments, ensuring timely collection and delivery.
- Manage and verify shipping documents and customs declarations.
- Validate supplier and freight invoices, flag discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records in SAP and report shipment status.
- Lead communication with logistics providers and internal teams.
Skills & Qualifications:- Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and SAP (preferred).
- Experience in logistics, customs clearance, or freight forwarding.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
