Job Title: Administrator

Location: Wrexham
Remuneration: �13 p/hour
Duration: Temp To Perm

Hours detailed below:

• First 2 weeks: 8am-4pm
• Weeks 3-4: 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm
• Week 5 onwards: a weekly rotation of 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers over the phone to take bookings and answer inquiries.
• Input data into the system regarding loads being booked in and out.
• Create and maintain the booking diary with customer bookings.
• Handle stock inquiries efficiently.
• Liaise with the warehouse team regarding load status and general questions.
• Provide site management updates upon request.
