Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to manage work order progression, from job card processing to invoicing. This role supports operations, maintains strong customer relationships, and ensures smooth administration.
Key Responsibilities
Process and complete work orders, ensuring accuracy in SAP.
Send service sheets, raise work orders, and book subcontractors.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and consolidate customer charges.
Address queries with customers and the Operations Manager.
Support audits and generate reports on WIP and performance.
Maintain filing systems and input data into SAP.
Order and manage parts, subcontractors, and deliveries.
Handle general admin tasks, including stationery, petty cash, and calls.
Health & Safety / Compliance
Follow safety guidelines and report hazards.
Adhere to ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience
Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Financial awareness and IT proficiency (MS Office, SAP preferred).
Experience in customer service and data entry (preferred).
