Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to manage work order progression, from job card processing to invoicing. This role supports operations, maintains strong customer relationships, and ensures smooth administration.



Key Responsibilities





  • Process and complete work orders, ensuring accuracy in SAP.




  • Send service sheets, raise work orders, and book subcontractors.




  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and consolidate customer charges.




  • Address queries with customers and the Operations Manager.




  • Support audits and generate reports on WIP and performance.




  • Maintain filing systems and input data into SAP.




  • Order and manage parts, subcontractors, and deliveries.




  • Handle general admin tasks, including stationery, petty cash, and calls.





Health & Safety / Compliance





  • Follow safety guidelines and report hazards.




  • Adhere to ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 standards.




  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.





Skills & Experience





  • Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.




  • Good communication and teamwork skills.




  • Financial awareness and IT proficiency (MS Office, SAP preferred).




  • Experience in customer service and data entry (preferred).
