Adecco are recruiting for an Administrator for one of their clients to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will:

  • To encompass a wide range of tasks, including managing schedules, organising information, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations, often involving client service and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Provide a high quality, professional and confidential support service to the team
  • First point of service - face to face confidence.
  • Managing multiple documents and working at a fast pace.

Essential

  • GCSE/A-LEVEL
  • Microsoft Office
  • Use of SAP, Sharepoint and Excel - desirable but not essential.
  • Experience of working on own initiative in a complex environment, providing a comprehensive and confidential support.
  • Team worker.

This is a Temporary position

This role is based onsite with a possibility of it being hybrid. based at Grangemouth, Scotland.
